It was a collection about mismatched layering with exaggerated feminine silhouettes, as hourglass cropped coats with rounded hiplines, shoulder capelets and wide picture necklines were layered over cropped stovepipe pants or midi-length hobble skirts, all in a madcap mash-up of vinyls, plastic, leather, fur and sparkling rhinestones. Not to mention the floral velvets, brocade paisleys and exploded tweed.
And then there were those hats…
